I would love to see this become a series!

I heard 'The Hu' in German radio once and was hella confused at the language and checked out other songs from Mongolia, and Mongolian throat singing, it's actually really cool.

As an Irish person, i can confirm that everyone walks around the streets of Dublin/Galway/Cork city screaming metal lyrics. Just completely normal, everyday things we Irish do and see.

Absolutely Steve, I can see it now: Let's learn the countries of the world, through METAL.

The Hu actually did a version of their song "Wolf Totem" with Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach, which is played on our local rock station. It's not bad, but it's not the same

Tengger Cavalry’s singer, Nature G, who did the incredible, brutal vocals, passed away in 2018, very soon after the split of the band. Rest in peace to an insanely talented singer and overall musician. :(

0:30 Mexico
2:37 Mongolia
5:04 Australia
6:17 Madagascar
7:52 Ireland
10:35 China

I would love to see this as a series. Probably wouldn’t have found Bloodywood if it weren’t for part one of this.

Been listening to Bloodywood pretty much non-stop since your last vid, great idea for a 'mini-series'! Keep up the great work, Steve

Yes! Feature all of them in a series. So many unique voices and instruments coming together to make metal is just beautiful.

Glad to see The Hu in there! Still think Eluveitie would be a fun one to look at if this continues as a series or as the Swiss entry for the metal band from every country :)

The HU are dope. Saw them live in 2019. It was amazing.

As a Chinese metalhead I'm really glad that Stevie mentioned Tengger Cavalry. It's actually the project from Zhang TianRan aka Nature as the front man in this band. He started it 12 years ago in China then he went to US and had new members from other countries. Sadly, Nature was found dead in his car last year due to undisclosed causes. He was only 29 years old. If you are into Inner Mongolian folk metal, Tengger Cavalry definitely worth a try. Nine Treasure is another band with similar style from China. Highly recommend.

Make more contents like this, Steve. This is a huge help to lesser-known bands around the world to get a little more exposure.

If Steve ever makes a part 3, I'd recommend Inchaos from China, they also have no business slamming hard and the vocalist's high voice simply blends in well.(vocalist has a history of Chinese opera) 10/10 they need more recognition for being so good.

Stevie is opening our ears to the many possibilities of metal...and we love it.

it's cool to see how other cultures use the template of heavy metal and infuse their own take on it and how amazing it sounds. really enjoyed these two videos.

Hey Stevie, you should check out "Villagers of Ioannina City". They are from Greece and their music is heavily influenced by traditional Greek songs.
