Dana Dan is a graphic commentary on sexual assault and the need to eliminate it. It begins with the reflexive, almost homicidal rage we feel when we hear about these crimes, before moving on to a more level headed call to arms. It culminates in a gentle appeal for all of us to reflect on the role we play in creating a world where atrocities of this nature are committed and to work towards eliminating it altogether.

I've come here after I heard about the incident in a hospital in India, I hope justice will come to the victim. I can't believe authorities are protecting someone who killed and raped a sleeping doctor brutally. No woman in that hospital is safe until the one responsible is locked up for life. Being a near victim of trafficking and later abuse as a child... a freakish Japanese red headed green eyed girl... I was an exotic prize for monsters and blamed my entire life for it. This was in America by the way. So any ignorant people need to realize this happens everywhere. Right in front of your faces. Because you let it happen. Now that I am older and I broke free, nearly dying to free my three sisters who were lucky not to be abducted but in a bad situation also... it feels so... freeing to hear that there are men that actually understand the pain and want to help... you can hear the rage and anger in their voices.
