I missed the opportunity to build deep friendships and be a light with Christ to a lot people in college. I was so afraid of people who didn't believe and very insecure about my own life and walk. I see God in that though because now I serve as a campus minister and I get the opportunity to build relationships with college students. He keeps giving me opportunities to grow and build these relationships with age-range of people whom I once was deeply terrified of. I'm really grateful for the courage that God is teaching me I have when I walk with him and the calling to work in the kingdom in this way.

This post was right on time for me. I was called by the Lord to REST. Rest in his word, rest in his promise, rest in his mercy and it’s been very hard for me bc I’ve been restless my whole life. So I really wanted to be obedient to him. Last night I told him out of frustration word for word. “ The comfort I feel lord makes me uncomfortable “ and then you dropped this omg !!! THE LORD IS SPEAKING TO ME. All Glory and praise to the most high God I am nothing without him. May he continue to bless you with your way of breaking down his word bc it’s truly been so helpful on my walk with Christ. I don’t have a community in my real life right now so you and your wife have been my digital community I love you GUYS.

May the Lord continue to write his word in our mind and our hearts even in our comfort may we continue to grow in his word and Evolve in his will !! In Jesus name AMEN!! 🙏🏽

I missed a chance yesterday at church. We tried a new church and it was really different from my old one. The sermon was really interactive and lots of the people there were lifting their hands up. I suddenly got the idea that I should put my hands up, but i was so scared that I didn’t. I was sad the rest of the sermon. I felt that I disappointed God, and that He’d love me less for not doing what He wanted me to do. But I just need to keep my head up and really, really try to build up the courage to lift my hands up, because it glorifies God. And the only way I’ll get the courage is by praying.
