I have a feeling the bb cream was patchy because of the oil you put on first. Oils usually break up foundation and make it patchy. The too faced foundation may have just gone on better afterwards because it had the layer of bb cream in between it and the too faced is a much dryer foundation. I would love to see you try the bb cream without the oil or just update the description box.

I think the oil made it patchy. Try it again without the oil.
