Nothing stops bloating. I know the most athletic women that are in the best shape of their life and they still get bloated. They say it’s just how life is. And have cellulite. It’s a normal thing to have. We are humans. !!

All you need is to be really low body fat percentage. Even then not guaranteed. Its very very VERY normal and common for women to have. Rest is not necessary. Dont starve yourselves
