Paused during the intermission to say hello to Chocoboy and comment.

I very much appreciated watching this video, noted down many recommendations (I think I've read perhaps 5 or 6 of the 50 books you mentioned so far) and prioritised some series which were on my TBR and you mentioned multiple times, specifically the Winnowing Flame trilogy.

However, I was also deeply humbled by the amount of effort you put into this video - the vast repertoire of books you have read in so many subgenres, your ability to assimilate the characters and stories in these books and to share them with us in such an accessible manner. It takes tremendous skill as a reader and content creator - massive respect to you.

I wish that this video gets all the engagement it deserves, your channel continues to grow and you continue to enjoy reading and sharing your knowledge with us.

Okay, back to watching and taking notes. See you Chocoboy - your pawrent is awesome!😄

OMG YES!!! “Honor is dead, but I’ll see what I can do” gives me legitimate goosebumps every time I read it. The only quote that gets me more emotional is “you cannot have my pain” that scene made me cry hard

I have just this past hour finished reading Warbreaker, and seeing you choose it for the "Trust issues" prompt - I couldn't agree more. Not just one betrayal, several with continuingly heavier impacts! Amazing book.

I can't believe I watched this entire video, but I couldn't stop! I had already quite a few of these books on my TBR (or already read) but you officially convinced me to add The Greenbone Saga and the War For The Rose Throne series to the list! ☺️

I finally got time to watch this, and it was so much fun to watch! As you know, I completely agree with you about the urge to reread Malazan. In fact, I just finished my reread, and it hit me even harder the second time. Thanks for this, my friend!

Choco boy was so cute🥺
Edit: I really loved dragon mage. It's not super complicated but it might honestly be my fav book.
