Our new ‘Plus’ set of Shoulder Straps, were designed for photographers and videographers who want greater cushioning from their shoulder straps. The Plus-size straps come stock on the Action X70 but are also available for as an added purchase for our smaller sized backpacks.

Hi from Spain. I bought the shoulder straps plus. The straps plus are thicker than the standard ones, that's true, but the pockets are the same. The pockets of the strap plus are no larger than those of the standard strap. I have an iPhone 6s plus with a case and I have the same difficulty putting the iPhone in both pockets. The width of the pocket is 7 cm on both shoulder straps.

Hello, I purchased Action x30 & x50 with plus size shoulder straps, and I love them. Thank you for making such great products. I have one question; the chest support strap is too tight for me to adjust the height. Could you please show us how I can adjust height of the chest support straps? They are currently not horizontal, and also I would like to move them upward. Thank you very much.

Hi, I order a Action X 50 starter kit and I already have receive an email that the deliver will be December here in Alberta Canada, One thing I notice on the marketing images of the action X50 that the straps are just the regular. Is it possible to change it into a *PLUS size shoulder straps* as that is what i need when I am hiking. And just addition, How can I add that into my order ?

Hello Shimoda, I have just purchased Shimoda Blue 60 liter photo backpack. But with my portly waistline, I am having difficulty fastening the waist belt and that without wearing a coat. Besides stating the obvious go on a diet. Do you have a fix for this, say, an extended belt strap?
