What kind of cable do you need in order to use that SATA connection? It doesn't look like the regular SATA cable.

How is the boot up time for the 12th generation NUC? Hopefully, it's better than the 11th generation NUC. I purchased the 11th gen Intel NUC last year, and discover it stuck/hangs at the BIOS splash screen (i.e. the screen that says "INTEL") for additional/extra ~10 seconds than necessary before starting loading Windows OS, resulting in a slower than anticipated boot up time (resulting ~25 seconds to Win11 desktop from the time you press the power button). Tried various BIOS setting adjustments recommended by Intel & NUC forums, but they didn't help. My uneducated/wild guess is that 11th gen NUC's graphical BIOS settings takes longer to be parsed/read. I felt that slow boot up time alone ruined the whole experience, as Intel has control in choosing every single hardware within the NUC and should have optimize the boot up time before they release the product. Having said that, waking up from sleep is indeed decent/fast enough. Hopefully, Intel got this issue resolved in 12th gen NUC, as most current laptops now are under 10 seconds (sometime under 5 seconds) to Windows desktop from the time you press the power button.

How's the wifi connectivity performance? Any drop in speed or disconnections noticed? I'd like to replace my existing Beelink J45 mini pc with J4205 Processor since it is giving only 10-15 Mbps on my 100 Mbps connection

I have bought 3 NUC 12 pro I5. Two of them have an issue with the USBC they don't work, do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Hello @whcvip the Seagate ST5000LM000 is a 15mm and not 12mm as you mentioned in the video:)
I got my 12 Pro in September '22 and the 2.5" drive bay size is one of the best upgrades i noticed from my previous NUC10 which only supported 7mm drives.

I'm not sure I understand. You're saying there's no usb-c, but I see there are 2 usb-c on the back. Am I missing something?
