Lemon Juice Natural Deodorant lemon 🍋 (**READ BELOW)

1. Spray fresh out of the shower. Allow it to dry for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you can wipe your armpits to remove the lemon spay, I personally leave it on.

REPEAT EVERYDAY for 2 weeks. Then you can move to EVERY OTHER DAY, AND EVENTUALLY TWO DAYS. ** majority of the time, I will not apply it if I'm freshly shaved as it will sting for a moment. I wait until that night or the next morning.

2. Applying Lemon Juice to the armpit improves the PH and temporarily kills bacteria in that area.

3. Let me be clear. Just like bubble gum can't cover up bad breath, lemon juice spray can't cover up extreme body odor after one use.

4. Lemon juice helps with the smell of your armpits, not any excessive sweating under the armpits (Hyperhidrosis).

5. Consistency is the key!

I have always been authentic on my platform and would not share a recipe or routine that I haven't tried or utilized in my personal life.

!! I still use deodorant from time to time, especially when I fall off my routine regimen. You can still use deodorant, but after repeated use, there should be little to no body odor under your arm.

I was skeptical at first, but when you actually test things out for yourself and you personally witness the benefits, nothing can beat that feeling.

***It may not work for everybody as our bodies are extremely unique and react to things differently. But, unless you're allergic to lemons, it's worth trying.

I grew up in Cameroon, west Africa. we just take a slice of lemon or lime and rub it under the armpit. nothing extra. no beesax, baking soda, essential oils, containers etc. THIS IS THE BEST, SAFEST, AND CHEAPEST DEODORANT PERIOD!

i usually moisturize the arm before with coconut oil to prevent burning feelings then spray lime juice

So cut the lemon in half. Squeeze a few drops onto your hand. Rub hands together and apply to pits. Leave half lemons in fridge. 1 lemon will last a week. Don't bother with plastic bottles.

I tried this, and I’m not particularly a sweaty person, nor do I struggle with body odour.. but this definitely doesn’t work for me, and I’ve tried both lemon and lime juice.. it definitely helps a tiny bit but not as good as other homemade anti odourants I’ve tried.

I’ve been using lime juice for about 9 months but it’s turned my underarms dark. I’m going to try lemon juice…hopefully I’ll have better results. Thanks for sharing.

Been uaing this for some years, since 2020 covid days..works for me overall..i work out, dont smell etc. Only time it doesnt work the best is when im highly hormonal and close to my period...im going to now try adding essential oil to the jucie during those times.
