Mazda have some BIG changes with their new BT-50 Ute!

The new BT-50 looks better, has a new interior - but retains the slow yet reliable 4JJ3 engine shared with its twin under-the-skin Isuzu D-Max.

But there is so much competition, including the Ford Ranger, BYD Shark 6, Toyota HiLux, Isuzu D-Max... even the SsangYong Musso and upcoming Kia Tasman.

in years to come those halogen light globes will be a fraction of the price of built-in led one's, that might mean cheaper to replace.

Whats wrong with Halogen bulbs? I think it's good that some cars still use them, especially utes. Cheap and easy to replace.

Why doesn't anyone like halogen globes? Its going to be a lot cheaper to replace a $5 globe, then to replace a complete LED tail light when it fails.

What's with that engine shake @ 0:24 ? Look at that belt shaking, seems too loose. And like the other comments, what's wrong with halogen? I would rather take Halogen over LED as you can replace a bulb rather than a complete unit which is more expensive.

Mazda should add their inline 6 turbo engine to this and a permanent 4WD system .

Can confirm great car and fuel consumption claimed can be obtained. But, make sure you budget $6k for the fulcrum knuckle and suspension upgrade.
