Nothing really heavy here,no personal records or anything like that. Just mixing it up a bit practicing my favorite lifts and giving myself a little rest from bent pressing. A circus dumbell ads a new dimension of difficulty to the Turkish Get up. The fat grip and the circular globes either end means it wants to roll out of your hand from the get go. All over body strength and mobility are there for the taking if you practice this movement properly.

And the bottoms up circus dumbell press ? Oh that's just for fun :)

The TGU is in my opinion one of the most benefitial KB excersise. Brought me back from a bad backinjury! It´s the ultimate slow lift, like Pavel said...
