♥ Ingredients:
(2-4 portions)

• 2 slices of halibut (or king mackerel, pomfret, etc.)
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• salt
• pepper
• oil

• 1 lát cá lưỡi trâu (hoặc cá thu, cá chim,..v.v...)
• 2 muỗng canh bột bắp
• muối
• tiêu
