People don't understand how amazing your pizza's are. I lived in Italy for 8 months, and its all about passion and investing time in getting the perfect dough.

Vito had so much passion for his love of pizza, u can tell when he gets irritated when people he’s teaching jokes around and don’t pay attention and does exactly what he’s told them not to do or what to do. But he always has a smile on his face

i love that he isn't completely elitist about styles of pizza and accepts that people all over love their own kind and he loves to learn all the styles of pizza, it's very helpful especially for us americans!

I have been making home made pizza for several year and I do make a good pizza. But have been following Vito for a short while searching for a better pizza and since he has showed me how to make pizza with poolish and double fermentation I found the best pizza I have ever made and tasted I AM SO HAPPY I met Vito on Youtube. Vito - Thank you for this video. I am watching some older videos again to help get your numbers up and I realized that I learned something new again re-watching.

I have the same Gozney Dome oven in the same colour and watching pizza cook in this same oven but with your techniques is educational. I think my next pizza night this week will be improved!

Vito, thank you for being humble, welcoming to all styles without arrogantly syaing this or that is better than others’ and for being by budget conscious making pizza affordable for all because this is what pizza in its origin was: food anyone could make and eat with whatever they have at home 😊

This type of videos is what I like. Vito you can try making homemade charcuterie or toppings for pizzas. Will be amazing visiting an expert and see how they make chorizo, bacon etc. And videos of making cheese too. Visiting different places. ❤

I made so many disapponting/flat out bad pizza's before I found Vito. Getting better and better now. Don't need anybody else's dough recipe.

Vito or anyone who has experience with doughmate proofing containers, I purchased dough proofing container you recommended in links, I’m having trouble with dough drying out. Any suggestions?
