The surfing here is mostly of the wind-kind, i.e. windsurfing

There is no "Volga" county in Estonia. You must've mistaken it with Valga. Also, AHHAA is not an abbreviation of anything, it's just a sound you make when you discover or come up with something, sort of like "Heureka" or "Bingo" in English.

There is almost 30% Russian-speaking population (of Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian origin). That’s why you here a lot Russian spoken. It’s concentrated in the North-Eastern Estonia and Tallinn.

Appreciate content. I have few questions about georgia can you answer please?

1. Does private entrepreneur (1% tax) cover
A. Youtube Ad revenue, Patreon, Affiliate marketing (amazon affilaite, etc).
B. Selling digital courses (online courses).

2. I know you have video on it but for
A. "power of attorney" requirement can I just have that from lawyer or something georgia, how much does it cost?
B. For housing paper or rent paper they require can it easily be arranged with a house owner in georgia? how much does that usually cost? (asking because i may be moving around in georgia and not renting one place long term 6-12 months)

The young people speaking Russian in Estonia are Russian... I know a shocker, right. Virtually no young Estonians even know Russian let alone speak it in public with someone. Young Estonians are very good at English tho.
