We just picked the last tomatoes from our garden as the plants were just done for the season and let me tell you, nothing compares to soup, pasta sauce and chutney ( from the green tomatoes!) from homegrown tomatoes

Reheating leafy greens is totally fine now that we have refrigerators. People used to get sick when the foods were not kept properly cooled. At least, that's what the Dutch Food Autority says.... I've always reheated leftover spinach and such, without any issues.

I once tried a perfume from Miller Harris which had tomato leaf in it and smelled really strongly of earthy tomatoes . it was fabulous and the store staff said they had never met anyone it smelled that good on before but alas Iit was way too expensive for me to afford to buy it

Just a tip for those who always cook too much or too little pasta: keep a measuring spoon/cup in the pasta jar and scoop out your pasta rather than just eyeballing it. That way if you cook too much for example you’ll know that was 3 scoops so you can try 2-2, 5 next time.
After cooking a few meals you’ll have a pretty good idea of how much you should measure out 😊

I always weigh my pasta (and rice) so I usually always get the perfect amount of pasta! An annoying extra step but helps prevent waste 😊

Can you not get budguards for the ebike?

Hey, there is a solution for your bike splashing water on your back. You can install mudguards. For example there are really easy to install flexible ones by the brand ass saver.

Ooh!!! to fix the ebike splattering problem youll need a set of check in with a local bike the fenders and the install should be cheap and simple!!

Having trouble finding any good answers online ... Any suggestions for what to do with well-worn period underwear that's too small now? The gusset is too thin for me to cut up and use as a pad but I feel bad throwing them away :(
