Been with Mint Mobile for 2 years. Love it!! I have the 12 month plan with unlimited talk-text and 20GBs a month for $325.00 a year tax and everything which equals $27.00 a month. Don't have to worry about a stupid phone bill every month.

I don't know why I've waited so long to think about switching. I've been paying $50/month with Metro since before T-mobile bought them and everything has honestly been fine but I use next to no data after looking at it recently realized the $15-$20 plans from mint would probably be fine for my use. If I do the math that's about ~$1400 I could have saved over the years. Been YouTubing around for people who switched and this video among others have helped me decide to go ahead with it.

I've been with them for 6 years now. I've never been a big data user, so I've always been on the lowest tier, but the amount of data that gives has increased over time. As I recall, it was only 2 GB per month in 2017, but is currently 5 GB.

It's been 26 months with Mint. Great customer service. Got number ported and all, but couldn't place calls. Turned out phone was locked. Mint's person was so patient in walking me through what I needed to do. Took about an hour to get phone unlocked from old carrier after paying ransom. After that, I had the code from Mint, and was good to go. I would stay with Mint just for the customer service, even if rates go up.

After the company sell out I was expecting to see my yearly contract option vanish. Same plan, same price. One of the reasons
I had switched to Mint was because my previous carrier refused to allow calls to Canada. You had to call a different phone number and get their permission per call. I have a boss, and customers, in Canada.
And Mint services some areas out here that even Verizon will not touch.

There's _ABSOLUTELY_ no reason that Mint's data prices should go up over time.
The trend is showing the exact opposite, and the only reason other carriers keep their prices is because they have the entire country by the short and curlies.

I pay a lot of lines. The few that I have with mint are pretty great. I will be adding/porting over most lines to Mint. Right now, out of the four carriers we use, Mint and US Mobile are the best.

Great, you should make a video explaining the taxes and fees, especially the recovery fee.

Unfortunately, during power outages everybody in the area goes to their phones because their Wi-Fi is down, and in MVNOs get throttled first. So in my experience when you need your data the most, it's pretty much useless

I’ve had mint for 5 years this month..no hiccups..and I’ve recommended about 10 ppl..happy customers. As of 4/14/23 the 4gb plan is going up to 5gb, 10gb to 15gb and the 15gb to 20..at the same cost.

I have t-mobile currently but with them changing the autopay discount policy I wanted to look into different options. Already signed up for Mint and will see how it goes they do have a 3 month promo to try it out for a discounted rate. Really happy t-mobile made this policy change and let me look into other options.

This is my 6th month with Mint and I can’t be any happier. I have the $20 plan with 15GB. I referred 3 people and now I will only have to pay $105 when I renew in January for the whole year.

Mint is okay for some and considered it but my T Mobile monthly bill is $120. Thirty of it is the home internet and 45 each for 2 phones. We get 50 GB hot spot for each phone with Netflix and Apple TV thrown in. I feel I'm getting the best deal I can.

As soon as I pay off my EIP, I will be switching to the Mint Family plan. The T-Mobile network is phenomenal in my area, so I’m confident I’ll be happy with Mint.

Using total wireless, with their promotion deal of 50% of their plans and it's locked in for 5yrs.
I opted in for the $40 a month, so I'm paying $20. Best thing is, it's truly unlimited, none of the use said amount and it slows down, it is all 5g and 4g unlimited. I used 60gb last mo and had zero slowdowns.
