What is inferiority complex?

Sometimes in life, other people often make us nervous. They leave us feeling inferior or feeling not good enough or even lead you to feel like a failure. This covers the spectrum from higher-ups at work, love interests, people we don't know at parties, popular people from school or the office, even strangers.

The good news is - you can overcome an inferiority complex.

Feeling inferior happens to the best of us. And it's natural to feel like you have something to prove sometimes. Often, people we look up to (or those who we don't know who seem cool) can leave you feeling not good enough, smart enough, or interesting enough.

The good news is, you are. No matter how many hours or days you spend not feeling good enough.

We are all equal, my friends – the same way there is no superior animal, ocean, or star in the sky.

Whatever your spiritual beliefs, we know that we all came from the same source. We are beautifully different from one another too. Which means all of us have some unique value and flavor to add to a conversation or social setting (now, if only we knew and believed this, right)?!

Let me let you in on a little secret.

Nothing other people do is because of you! What others say and do is a projection of their reality, their own experience. We also have no idea what is going on with other people when we assume the victim role and feel rejected. When you are immune to others' opinions and actions, you won't be the victim of needless suffering and worrying. At all.

There is a tremendous amount of personal freedom you access when you take nothing personally. It's like taking the best medicine on earth! You're free! And freedom is just the BEST feeling, isn't it?

This video helps you overcome imposter syndrome and reveals the ultimate inferiority complex treatment - in 14 simple and straightforward steps.

Hello confident you! And remember, no one can make you feel inferior without your consent!

With all my love, 💕

Susie

It's so true, we tend to think we are the only one going through something or feeling some way, but in reality everyone is struggling in some way. We need to accept ourselves.

This is so helpful! The secretary at my work has made me crazy for 2 years now. She is selectively super nice to some people and then incredibly rude and condescending to everyone else. Im in the second group and it has always bothered me. This was a great reminder that its not about me and to not take it personally:) i always questioned my interactions with her, wondering what about me makes her act like that or if I said something wrong. Im going to try to stop caring so much and just go about my day! Thank you:)

Superbly reassuring, Susie. As a veteran consultant, I was working only part-time for a couple years. Today, reentering the greater market, especially as an older, middle aged woman, I’ve felt a bit daunted. Your sensibly upbeat guidance is wonderful! Thank you very much! Loving blessings to you💖

You know-I hear you... BUT (lol ;)) what I know to be true as a sensitive person, is that others that judge or have "feelings" about us, we DO feel! As an empath, I feel thoughts and projections and YES - it does affect me, because I allow it. However, as sensitives and empaths, it IS up to us to "take care of our energy" and show up knowing, we WILL be judged, thoughts and energy will fly around and its up to US to not take it personally.

This is definitely true if you come from a lower socio economic class. Also when trying to attract the opposite sex, I actually think its worse when a man has an inferiority complex around women as that will make it even less likely that the woman will find him attractive due to the fact he is putting her on a pedestal, doesnt matter so much the other way around, and to be honest men are more attracted to women that dont consider themselves superior.
