It is possible to quit! Just takes time and determination. I used to be a heavy chain smoker but decided to quit for health, vanity and money. Its been over 2 years. One of the best decision ever made

Just to add my 2 cents, I stupidly started smoking in highschool and I quit 7 years ago, after smoking for 19 years. It was easy to quit, and what made it even easier was that neither my girlfriend (now wife) or any of my friends smoked.

My uncle Rick lost his teeth from smoking in his early smoking. Now he has liver cancer which I believe it's from smoking. Pluse that cancer runs on my moms side. I have a tuber in my colon but it's not cancer it's B9 from my disorder Tuberous sclerosis.
