Just picked this up as a backup phone a few weeks ago, and it’s been pretty solid. Thanks to Nothing OS, it feels snappy, the battery life is decent, and the camera is… okay(?). I’ve been recommending it to friends who need an affordable phone or are getting one for a younger sibling or older parent.

After 3.0 update the phone is very smooth to use and the features and ui modification is kinda good, this is the best budget phone youll get and there may few best in market but this has the stock android experience though!!

I might gift this phone to my family in the philippines. Good value for money. They dont use NFC.
Im waiting for the CMF phone 2(hopefully)with NFC as I use it everyday(train/bus/shops) here in abroad.

So, I'm in the US (god help us!) and got the Phone1 last year (2024). I'd read that it doesn't play well with some US carriers, but T-Mobile seems to work just fine for me. I love this phone! I had a Pixel 8, but my wife needed a new phone, so I gave her the Pixel and bought the cmf thru Amazon. The only things I miss from the Pixel are NFC and the ultra wide camera. I side-loaded a Gcam mod, although after some updates it's sometimes hard to tell photos from the two cameras apart. I'm looking forward to getting the cmf Phone2.
