2018 VGA To HDMI Cable TV Converter / Adapter To HDTV Projector BIG SCREEN

Old Laptop doesn't have HDMI port. How to display HD Resolution to HDMI LED HDTV or Projector Bigscreen. There is a VGA to HDMI Converter. Convert VGA output signal display to HDMI cable and Audio output as well.

How bout the highest resolution ? Is it 1600*900p or 1920*1080p ?
