My first visit to the Tank Museum was in 1957 and the only German artifact i remember was the gun from a Tiger tank which hung on one wall. There were a couple of Mark-IV's, which my brother and I were able to clamber in and on and I think a Churchill. Things sure have changed.

A fantastic show of war machines in action. Loved the variety of tanks, vehicles and weapons. The commentary was superb throughout achieving the perfect balance of being both educating and entertaining. Aside from the excellent live demonstrations I really liked the short segments that explained various types of armour, shells etc as it answered many questions that I didn't know I had (as only mildly interested in tanks until now!). I now intend to visit the museum and watch a live show in person at some point in the future.

The AVRE memorial and greetings sur mere was his friends they had a build a bridge over it to keep everyone moving after she got hit his actual friend from Scotland was in it

I’m from Alabama and couldn’t have imagined that England could be that hot! Had a great time.
