Abby, it depends where are you cruising. If it´s to the Bahamas, make sure you bring your original birth certificate with the seal and also an ID. If the cruise goes to any other destination that starts or ends on a foreign country, you will need a passport.

Just completed a cruise on Navigator out of Long Beach / LA. it was great. We had a check in time of 12:30 but got there around 10am. Porters took our bags and we ended up.on the ship before 11am and lunch in the Windjammer almost right away.

The food was fantastic. It was a bit cold most of the trip but still great time. No reservations required for the shows. iSkate was fantastic. Really enjoyed Showgirls too.

how different is the check in process on board when using a birth certificate vs a passport? the birth certificate is not a photocopy but we’ve never traveled with one before. should i be concerned?

26 days until my first rc cruise on oasis of the seas out of Bayonne NJ and planing it was a last minute deal and stressful trying to find a place to stay near the cruise port. Flying into JFK the day before cause it was the cheapest flight and gotta figure how to navigate NYC public transportation to Bayonne NJ so please if anybody is flying into JFK on May 28th that’s going on the May 29th cruise then please come ride the subway with us and help us get to Bayonne 😝

Hi . i booked a trip sailing Jun in Feb and price dropped in march i asked for price adjustment and it was granted. In may, the price dropped further and i asked RC to give me the difference as on board credit and the refused saying best price guaranteed can be honored only once ! is that the practice
