Some Guy Who Cooks tries out those “Wagyu” burger patties you can find in the beef section at Walmart! All in all I’d say they’re pretty darn good! Nothin against their big ol 10lb tubes of beef, but this stuff is better B-). That being said, I dunno that it’s really Wagyu…. $5/lb is REALLY cheap for Wagyu. But hey, they’re pretty darn good, and they have a high fat content that provides beaucoup flavor. Wanna go a bit more fancy with your burger night? Go with these for sure. They’re definitely higher quality than the tube beef and provide you with a juicy tasty burger that’s reminiscent of one you’d find in a restaurant.
