Naan Khaliya is a dish that originated from Aurangabad in India.
It is a concoction of mutton and a variety of spices.
Naan is the bread made in tandoor(Hot furnace) while Khaliya is
a mixture of mutton and various spices.

In this video I have tried the famous dish of Aurangabad Naan Khaliya with my friends in Shahi Khaliya Restaurant at Roshan Gate.

For those who might be interested, if you go from Roshan Gate on Central Naka road it’s on the right side (maybe 50-100 meters), next to Jugnu wood shop and opposite a medical shop.
