I am pretty sure people don't put their router in an open window. This is not a valid test close the window then it more fair.

Recently got a WiFi 6 router for my Xfinity gigabit connection here in the US, it definitely makes a difference.

How about you test wifi 6 mesh routers, and for a twist add on moca Adapters if possible to have a hard line to each node

Well done for actually testing Wi-Fi speed rather than download speed! (I trolled you last time )

It would be better if you have 8 S20's connected to wifi 5 then wifi 6..that would have been a fairer test as the 6 upgrade is geared towards more device connection speeds

Just a recommendation for future videos - WiFi Sweet spots is great but it only measures throughput in the upstream direction Phone->AP. It works by sending junk IP packets that get discarded at the router but still transfers over WiFi, there's no way for it to trigger this in the opposite (download) direction. IPerf3 is an awesome tool that can be loaded on most devices for full bidirectional TCP and UDP performance testing.

I don't know if in UK you guys have this joke, but here in Brazil we say that the one have a yellow hand is the one who farted, but man, you will be the one that farts everytime! HAHAHA

Do you think this is worth replacing the BT and Google Mesh (What I currently have) with and what would you recommend. House is large and I need to get out to the garage :-)

Nice, now all I need is a WiFi 6 router and device.

Hi Alex, is it worth waiting for WiFi 6 to come to Unifi?

Hello. Could you please make the screen recordings bigger? I barely see anything on my phone...

Sorry I feel your test could be flawed firstly the window is not a real example of every day use and or range due to the street lamps & or anything that is under the ground is power cables & also your over elevated position, also if anyone else has an open router or repeater your can blind hop on it for connectivity services ie the App you are using just like any network sniffer app. Also there is a transmission umbrella of radial transmission which has a fall off depending on amplitude or antenna power. I also believe by the simplicity of 8-pwr that it should have a theoretical bandwidth of 16gb not 8x8x8x2 which is 1024 around 1gb, if this is the case then we are being heavily throttled and by unlocking the mechanism we could have a huge band width. The night hawk sound like its marketing rubbish and everyone is listening to it. Please do you Network Architecture calculations before doing reviews even if unrealistic... As people believe what they see these days

Are you comparing it to Ac wave 1 or wave 2 wifi 6 is really just Ac wave 3 Cisco said the standard is rolling out if waves I think it 8s 1 more wave before the Ac standard will be complete
