1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and arms relaxed
2. Lower knees to one side until you feel a gentle stretch
3. Hold briefly
4. Return to starting position
5. Repeat on the other side
6. Begin with three repetitions and work up to 10 repetitions
7. Perform this exercise two times daily
