Screw it with the screw shot - looks like a weird punch BUT can be super-effective

Nice way to build power and increase your chances of a shot landing with the screw shot. This is a back hand screw shot where we set the opponent up with a shot to the body but turn it into a shot to the head - the screw shot. This back hand screw shot can be really effective to pull off once in a while, definitely worth knowing.

It's such a simple idea, it makes you ask yourself why you never do it. Thanks for the heads-up :-) I also just remembered that I saw this many years ago in karate, they call it an "age tzuki" while in other styles the same term is reserved for an uppercut.
