I got Live a Live last year and beat the Imperial China chapter the same day I got it. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to savor is so I didn't play it again until a couple days ago when I beat the Present Day chapter in one sitting and made a decent start on the Near Future. It is still absolutely incredible. Playing it again actually motivated me to buy the soundtrack which I was surprised to see actually available on CD.

I also plan on getting Octopath Traveller for my birthday and maybe Triangle Strategy as well.

Haven't gotten the switch persona games but playing through the older ones and definitely agree about the dialogue

I’d definitely recommend 3H over Engage personally, but if someone doesn’t care about story, then Engage is good bc the gameplay is goated. But most RPG players are there for the story, so that’s why I say 3H. The gameplay there is still super addicting too

Very good video, but please, put the name of the games, or a photo of them, because it's not easy for a non-English speaker to understand some names :). Help me... I wanna know whitch is the best story between triangle strategy, octopath traveler 2 and fire emblem engage? In wanna buy 1 of them but I don't know whitch have the best story telling. I loved octopath 1. P. S. I never play a fire emblem game.

Great list. I’m not going to lie I am a huge fan of the 2d art based designed rpgs like child of light, Astria ascending, and Triangle Stategy.

Other games to consider would be the voice of cards trilogy, and a majority of the classic FF games on offer (and usually on a sale).

With that being said you gave me some engaging arguments for FE: Engage, Persona 5, and Xenoblade 3.

I usually stay away from the large RPGs, as I prefer the 2D style, but I will try these three out for sure. Great video, and thank you for your insights.
