When I worked at an accounting firm we kept all our documents in binders in a locked room, one had to escorted in to get archived records and you could only get those for your client not 35 boxes.

I've worked at law firms which are literally archives of highly confidential and personal and privileged information and there are very thorough controls in place to prevent certain documents from being leaked out from files rooms. Nowadays, we have RFID tags attached to redwelds and boxes and all photocopies are accounted for by the paralegal or file clerk who retrieves and signs out the files to attorneys and paralegals (under security cams). They have to signed back in before leaving for the day or the file room is alerted to unaccounted for files. I don't understand why anyone would support a man who does not follow the most basic protocols that are in place to protect our nation from prying eyes and ears.
