Start in perfect plank with hands placed directly under shoulders and core engaged. Be sure tuck your pelvis under and engage your glutes and legs. Begin by drawing your feet under your torso and then push your feet back out into plank.

Beginner: Don't draw your feet in as far toward your torso.
Advanced: Increase speed and focus on drawing your feet in as far as possible without lifting your butt in the air.
