Russian TV employee behind on-air anti-war protest speaks out

The Russian TV employee who disrupted a broadcast to protest the war in Ukraine is speaking out. She told Reuters on Wednesday there's an "information war" happening regarding the conflict, and she hopes her on-air protest will influence others in her country to find out "what's going on in the world."

I'm torn on this lady. Earlier today I watched the Ukrainian Mayor of Kyiv [was it?] say that her protest was faked and he offered as proof that the show she appeared on is not presented live but is rather pre-recorded and as it is State TV the studio is locked and strongly warded by armed guards during that taping. Also, he mentioned that unlike people holding up blank pieces of paper in Moscow she was somehow given a very speedy legal appearance and then charged a pittance for her act rather than still awaiting her appearance and almost certain stiff punishment. Who's right?
