in the book, this scene was so much more. in the book, he gives her the ring in her drawing room and she wears it and he tells her he got an emerald ring because it reminded him of her eyes. but they sort of put the scene here. There was a kiss in the book in this scene and simon desperately kissed her to the point that everyone gasped and then they laughed. It was so much happier in the book. But of course, shonda added more angst and spice, but that was also quite beautiful as well.

Yes the wedding in the book was better because everyone was laughing and couldn't stop laughing because the youngest brother was sneezing and laughing at Simon and daphne they were very happy you must first love your self before you can love someone else Simon didn't love himself until he met daphne and hardas he try to keep his vow to to dead father daphne was able to love him and save their marriage and his life they said to love your self is the greatest love of all daphne taught Simon to love himself and then he would be the man he could be you can see how much they love each other when they are looking at each other it hurts because you know they are also thinking I trapped her into this marriage I kissed her in the garden I took her honor from her and her family and she is thinking I trapped him too I kissed him in the garden and wanted to and I trapped him on the dueling field when I would not let him die to give me and my family honor back I told him and my brothers the Duke and I will be married Simon I knew you don't love me daphne I know you don't love me

I will write a small novella about daphne and Simon family after daphne was able to save her marriage she and Simon had a daughter they name amelia while daphne was giving birth to their daughter Simon was so scare that daphne might die because she was so small Simon thought and there was no pain medication for her so Simon asked the doctor is my wife ok the doctor said daphne was fine and ok the doctor said she is this second daughter has blonde hair and green eyes like her mother and sister they name this child Belinda Sarah Simon mother name was Sarah and everyone said she looks like Simon mother Simon was over the moon he told lady Danbury I am the happiest man in the world because of you so 6 months later little Belinda started to walk and then a month later amelia started to When Simon die the Africa members came to his funeral and place a plata at his grave here live a great father and son of Africa
