Dialga should be able to live forever by reversing its life span and you could make a argument for giratina and palkia considering how time passes for them in their dimensions but i could just be yapping.

I see Melmetal's "Infinite Cycle" as a reproductive circle of life kind of. Thats like saying sunflowers are immortal because when they die they drop their seeds to make more sunflowers

Considering terapagos is a crystal, if its stored in a vacuum (so nothing erodes it) it should be fine

Its been proven in the anime that some ghost types are not actually "ghosts" because they can die. Acerola's mimikyu was a ghost version of mimikyu. But some ghost pokemon may be ghosts like yamask's pokedex entry implies that it is a dead human
