Due to the phenomena of scattering of light the sun appears red.... when the sun is close to horizon, , it travels more distance in the atmosphere of earth.As we known sun scatters less due to its large wavelength and reaches to our eyes which results sun to appear red during the sunrise and sunset

During sunset& sunrise te atmosphere also appears to be reddish colour.But why does the sky appear blue then? blue light is scattered the most and red light is scattered the least at that instance too.. Its consfusing 😵‍💫
