Not one of you mention the 300+ people that were killed and countless families that were torn apart in your crisis management “analysis”. Wow

This consultant's top priority is the airlines and govt. He hope that both of them will support Boeing's back to fool the people and potential victims.

Amazing consultant and he's not ashamed to tell the public!!

No, actually they had no insight that we didn't. They "just" discovered that other pilots reported problems with the plane back in November. I found it by a simple Google search.

If the 737 Max 8 has the airline senior management in it, I will have the confidence in the airline then.

The guest talks about Boeing's confidence, I think those false confidence will make people around the world think they are morons and cannot be trusted. And the Boeing planes will no longer be the first choice when comes to the next purchases.

Seattle? Boeing moved their corporate headquarters to Chicago in 2001

Can BA rename their 737 planes and eliminate the problem ?
What else can a PR firm do to help a crisis?
Look at how clean coal, tax reform, green deals, generic drugs, GMO crops, campaign promises, pass/fail grading, and safe cigarettes have worked out.
Best of all, will airport over crowding be solved if more people refuse to fly on a 737?

this is what happens when maintaining a "narrative" and focus on pr comes at the expense of dealing with a real problem and just how does this person know that Boeing has some insight unavailable to the public.
