So, you don't have to heat the cover to make the new glue stick properly after installing?
I just replaced my back cover today and one side is not sticking properly, it keeps popping back up after a few seconds..
EDIT:
Never mind. My stupid ass left a chunk of broken glass from the back cover inside it, which was pushing it up! DOH!

wow, changing the newly glass is stupidity, atleast you should have tested the durability test before changing the back glass
