The CDC director doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I’m keeping my mask on even though I’m already vaccinated

Tourist volume will still be way down until they get serious about combating the street violence/crime.

"Insomniac", really? Out of all the words to describe New York's restlessness and being a 24/7 City you use the word "Insomniac" which is a Disability and a disease that effects millions of people including myself and not in good way and yet, you say it or present it as if it is a glorious thing, a wonderous thing, well let me tell you that having Insomnia is not glorious, it's not wonderful, nor jolly it is a nightmare, a plague and it is real to the point where I can't sleep for days! It is one of those things where you wish you could fall asleep, and dream without taking medication. You wish that after the 3rd or 4th day or if your really lucky the 5th day of getting no sleep at all, that your body would finally give in and you can get some shut-eye, no instead you're hallucinating about Flying Bison or wondering if Pink Elephants are real! Your reality is nothing more than a fanatsy, is Loki really invading New York? Did Heath Ledger just come from back from the Dead?! As each day goes on and on without sleep your mind goes along with it, slowly driving you insane, it's madding Because minute by minute, hour by hour you're losing it. Insomia isn't and shouldn't be glorified! Because people like me are living with it, are coping with it, and we don't appreciate being used so you can relive and go back to the good ol' days that was pre-COVID!!
