Change the word "citizens" to "bankers" and lets see how fast we get a bail out.

This is a joke, we give bailouts left and right but when it comes to protecting people it's not worth the effort. 😂

The problem is that the minimum wage has nothing to do with stimulus. Seriously, why does a stimulus bill have to include everything under the sun? These riders are why congress can't get anything sensible done.

It’s funny watching people be surprised that career politicians lied to them. They are actually shocked. Poor summer children.

Do they not realize that $15 in Arkansas goes a lot further than $15 in New York City. The federal government should not be in the minimum wage business.

Corrupt politicians who never missed 1 pay check telling struggling small businesses “60% are not coming back” to pay more when they can’t afford what they have. This is amazing

He doubles minimum wage people will lose jobs. The other question is how much money will be going overseas?

It makes no sense why minimum wage is even in this bill, it’s snowballing on another level.

So are we know agreeing that the real enemy is the oligarchy, or are we going to find a way to blame Trump again?

How about we make lobbyist activity in all forms of government illegal, term limits for local, State and Federal positions and finally have a "national ballot" where we can vote on these issues. This would eliminate most of this nonsense we continue to experience today.

Put a relief bill out and stop dragging your feet trying to snowball stuff together

Raising the minimum wage would put lots of people out of work and lots of small businesses would be forced to close. I is shocking that the 'crats are telling us that they are helping us, when what they really are doing is taxing the life out of us.

Why TF is a minimum wage hike in a covid relief bill? Small businesses are already struggling and people already cant find work. Increasing the minimum wage makes both problems much worse.

IF YOU HAVE 3 EMPLOYEES IN A RESTAURANT AT 10/HR WHAT DO YOU DO
THATS 30 PER HR (62, 400/YR) IF THEY GO TO 15 THATS (93600/YR)
WHAT DOES ONE DO, HE LAYS OFF ONE EMPLOYEE AND THE OTHER 2 HAVE TO WORK 1/3 HARDER

SO LET BUSINESS DETERMINE THERE SALARIES NOT GOVT
GOVT IS USELESS

What else is on this bill? When you do the math it’s around $12K for every tax payer and we are only getting $1.4K back. So you’re telling me that $10.6k from every tax payer is going to schools, vaccines and etc. we are getting ducked lol.
