What we in LW (leisure World) do is we have 6 levels Starfish, penguins, turtles 1 and 2, dolphins and sharks, in starfish we teach them floating and safety before they move lvls!

Swimming is a long process. I can assure everyone that the student has been taking classes for at least a year.

Question. Would these procedures be helpful for an adult to learn how to swim? I know how to swim a little, because when I was 8 my dad decided to just throw me in the water and let me learn spontaneously without instruction (as his nephews and nieces pressured him to use this method) and I reacted by freaking out and was traumatized since. My main trouble is keeping my face above the water when swimming. In other words, I'm not a great floater.

I tryed that back glide with my kid, once he went into water he sinks emmidiattely like a brick of stone, what do i need to do? He only thinks about eating btw
