I agree with what Yomi said. Quarterly, my friends and I met at each other's houses and have a Nigerian game night where we play Nigerian monopoly and the kids also play. we are just 5 families and we have a blast
We rotate amongst the houses and eat only Nigerian food. We have been doing this for over 7 years. I highly agree to doing this.

I'm an introvert, so I can be quite isolated. I like being alone, but sometimes I feel lonely.

I feel like people don’t like to share their problems with actual people because some people can be so judgmental and even tho they don’t judge you they might use it against you when you guys are not in good terms.

You are very right about what you have said regarding social isolation, community living, and the sense of entitlement in today’s youths. It is everywhere and we all have to make a conscious effort not to stray from the basic elements of life. You really covered a lot in this video. I am living vicariously through you in Lagos (since I live in the US 😉) But honestly, you are very down to earth and your message is always very clear. Thanks again for sharing your vlog. Wow...I would never have thought that you sometimes face lonliness. Your videos make you look so busy with an active social life. I guess we all do not know what another person goes through. We could be sitting next to sister so-n-so in church and the only social life they have is when they see people in church. God help us to be sensitive to others...ijn.

I feel you on the isolation thing. Since I became a mom it can be challenging maintaining relationships due to many commitments. Everyone is so busy. When I have time I just want to sleep. But we have to keep at it. Shout out to the genuine friends
