How I trained for my vacation! Can you relate?

⛱️Those beach chairs are super low, right? 🤣

But seriously, who can relate?? It's amazing when vacations are filled with relaxing by the pool, sipping beverages by the ocean and finishing that novel you've been wanting to read. But my vacation last week was filled with a little of that, and a whole lot of loading up beach wagons, carrying kids and boogie boards through sand, jumping and running through waves and tossing kiddos across the pool. And of course, lots of fun with family.

And I'm so happy I trained for this! While there's nothing wrong with working out to feel confident and strong in your swimwear, vacations and life are physical, and all the functional, challenging movements you do in your workouts, are only going to make you stronger and more confident doing ALL the things.

I hope you get a good mix of all of it this summer: movement, relaxation and fun!
