China's Communist Party Congress to close with Xi Jinping poised to clinch 3rd 5-year term

China's 20th Communist Party Congress is set to end on Saturday, with Xi Jinping poised to clinch a third five-year term as the country's leader.
Among the 23-hundred delegates gathered in Tiananmen Square, some two-hundred will be selected to join the party's central committee.
The committee will then elect 25 people to the party's Politburo.
Finally, the Politburo will appoint the members of its standing committee.
Xi is expected to announce his policy plans during a speech at the closing ceremony.
