Arizona Room Nightmare! Moisture & Grass Taking Over

Patio slabs were poured with a slope, so if the floor in the room has a slope, it was likely not designed to hold the load that walls add. Moisture intrusion is a major problem with these rooms, because the slab is sloped down, it contacts soil at a lower grade than the rest of the home. These are a common find in Mesa and the surrounding communities. You see the grass growing out of the trim, right?! :)
