I do options and use 30s and 15s chart!!! This way i get maximum momentun for my option contracts...then i let the winners run on the 5 min or 10 min chart

5 min chart helped me tremendously. I know stay in my positions longer because I can still “see” the green or red trend or if the chart is above or below the 50 EMA. Bro your videos are so dope.
