Carrot Dumplings/Guyana Duff and Stew Chicken

To season the chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp green seasoning
1 tbsp Chinese sauce
2 1/2 lbs chicken

Stew chicken ingredients
1/2 red onion
4 green onions
4 stems of fine thyme
2 broad leaf thyme
3 celery stocks and leaves
1/2 carrot
1/2 hot pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp all spice powder
1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary

Duff or Dumpling ingredients
3 cups of flour
1 1/2 large carrot
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp finely chopped green onions

The color is simply stunning. I love the way you have seasoned your stew. It's looking very nice.
