Merci, Merci. I’m sorry Colleen missed this video. It was tantalizing. My husband and I enjoyed both some ice cream and gelato from a local Shoppe in St Germaine region while we were visiting in Paris. Of course, we loved it. I think I regret not having more croissants, pastries and ice creams while we were in Paris. We tasted and tried several but I certainly am dreaming of reliving our experiences again. There's a new one that should be on this list right by Odeon metro. There is now a restaurant in Cr du Commerce Saint-Andre where Un Dimanche a Paris used to be and on the right side adjoined to the restaurant there is a hole-in-the-wall ice cream spot. Almost certainly the best pistachio ice cream I've ever had and the other flavour was great too. Ice cream is my favourite food; this was some of the best ice cream ever.
