The Halloween Kills speaking one is controversial, I can hear a deep sound but it just sounds like a floor crack. But other people think otherwise.

I've heard people say that Michael doesn't speak in Halloween Kills, because the script doesn't have any mention of dialogue from Michael. Which they are right, in a sense. Dialogue can always be thought up on the fly and things can simply be improvised on set, but the script itself isn't confirmation on the fact of Michael speaking.

It's both David Gordon Green (the Director/Writer) and James Jude Courtney (the Stuntman/Actor for the Shape) that have seen this clip and have had to confirm that Michael does indeed not speak.
Green even states that he "Never wanted Michael to speak, as it would ruin the mystery"

He doesn't speak in Halloween Kills. Humans are very prone to suggestion. Bet you that most of you didn't hear Michael say "give it back" until you heard someone else claim that they heard it. This is a phenomenon known as pareidolia.

If you don't believe this clip. Play the movie at home, and turn it all the way up. If you don't hear "give it back" there is something seriously wrong with your hearing. Because I've shown this part to several friends who didn't believe the clip, but could very easily hear it from my TV's surround sound turned all the way up. It is more than audible, and fits the action on screen perfectly. While the directors denied it, it's bullshit. He audibly, and clearly speaks "give it back" when she takes his mask. There is really no argument to say he doesn't. HE DOES.
