If your talking about a hulking monster who is terrifying in a gritty Rob Zombie way, Tyler Mane is the best, if were just talking about a good representation of what the character was in the first movie being pulled off consistently then i would say James is the closest but almost every actor who has played Michael has done a phenomenal job.
