Julia, we just moved from AZ to Missouri. Your cookbook was the only one I didn’t pack and brought with me in the car!
I was a flight attendant for many years and we always loved to get green chili chicken soup in the ABQ airport. Back then you couldn’t get green chilies anywhere but New Mexico. The soup place used to sell us containers of green chilies to take home

Hey Julia, I made your crockpot beef Stroganoff recipe yesterday for Sunday's dinner and my wife and I was completely and utterly blown away by it's flavor. This was the best we've ever tasted of this dish. The meat was so tender it literally felt like it melted in our mouth's. I will definately be making this recipe again and again. Oh Julia, as blessed as I am, I pray blessings all over your family and you. I told the grandkids you have new recipes for us this week. Orzo is new to us I can't wait to try it. That's just enough recipes for the grandkids to try them this week. They love all the ingredients. It's been so hot here in Texas and no rain but i did go to the farmers market Saturday morning. I ebbed up getting all the veggies for these recipes. Without knowing what i need. You did use whats available. Your baby is the sweetest ever. My grandkids asked to tell her thank you for being a great help . Because it helped us. I'll hold a plate for you just incase you make it. My kids love to set a dish for you. You never know?
