In case anyone is wondering, Inas Nacht is a late night talk/music show running on German national public TV. It's set in a real pub in Hamburg - a very small one, as you can see. The celebrity guests can actually order real alcohol there, which is very unusual for a TV show. Germany is also very chill when it comes to curse words on TV and on the radio so even if a "radio friendly" version of a song exist, it's completely normal to hear the original version playing everywhere.
